How do I pay?
The easiest way to pay is direct debit, our payment partner is gocardless, I simply send you a link and you fill in a few details to get setup, that's it you never have to do anything else. We then apply for payment ONLY AFTER EACH CLEAN IS COMPLETED.

You can also pay by card or cash on the day.

Please note we will never come round in the evening or weekend to collect money.

Do you have experience?
Yes we have been exterior cleaning for over 15 years.

Will you clean my windows in the rain?
Yes, this is because we offer an all year cleaning service. With our wet cleaning system it makes no difference to the finished cleaning quality. Working in this way ensures that you get your property cleaned regularly.

How will I know when to leave my gate open?
We will always send a text the night before so you know we will be round.

Do you clean during the winter?
Yes, our service is all year round with the exception of any adverse weather conditions.

What are pure water fed poles and why do they benefit me?
Our water fed pole system uses very strong carbon poles which carry only 100% pure water to a soft brush head at the end of the pole. Your windows, sills and frames are then scrubbed with this brush to loosen any dirt, the dirt is then flushed away with jets of pure water that come through the brush it self. This leaves a smear free finish.

Why is pure water so important for a perfect clean of my windows?
If you use normal water over a window and wait for it to dry you will notice that it will leave streaks on your glass. These streaks are caused by chemicals, minerals and other imperfections in the actual water itself. The pure water which comes through our water fed pole system passes through a filtration system to remove these impurities, allowing for a 100% perfect clean of your windows, frames and sills.

How often do you clean windows?
This usually depends how clean you like your windows, the majority of our customers choose a once a month service but we offer an every two month service also. I'm sorry we do not offer a one off service.

What happens when you first come to clean my windows?
We will carry out a survey of your property to ascertain the best way to clean your windows. We do this for two reasons: 1) to ensure you get the best possible cleaning results and 2) to ensure all health and safety factors are taken into consideration. We will then get to work.

We encourage questions as we want you to be completely informed and satisfied with your window cleaning. If you have any queries feel free to ask.

Do you give an exact day and time that you will come to clean my windows?
Due to having a large number of customers and the English weather this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances getting in the way, weather. We will guarantee to clean your windows as close to the due date as we can.

What happens if I am not home when you come round?
We don't actually require that you to be home when we clean your windows. In fact the vast majority of our customers are out when we come around. If for some reason we were unable to gain access to the rear of your property we will clean the front of your dwelling and charge you a reduced rate.

What if I am unhappy with something?
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please get in touch. We want to exceed your expectations. If something is niggling you we'll be happy to help as best we can.

Does the weather affect the service?
We clean in cold, snowy weather, as well as, hot and humid weather. We are also still able to clean on rainy days as long as it is not a blowing, driving rain. Light rain will not affect your windows. Remember, it is not the rain that spots the windows, but a driving rain hitting a dirty window! It is our year round service that lets us retain our qualified technicians so that we can keep the quality of your cleanings consistent.
